Healing is an up & down and sometimes spiral process. Our bodies heal when the whole system is properly addressed.

Sometimes it goes quickly and sometimes it goes slow. Sometimes its better then "out of the blue" it comes back. That's why working with a cashed based PT (like me) is beneficial.

I don't have contracts with insurances companies so "they" don't control your treatments, WE decide together, what the best plan of care is for YOU. I'd love to team up with you to help you heal... mind, body, & soul .

I always provide a detailed superbill for you to self submit to your insurance company and a check list to help you determine your insurance benefits.

Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding insurance reimbursement and billing options. I am happy to discuss this with you."

Hands on treatment tailored to your specific needs

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.

Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests (x-rays, myelograms, CAT scans, electromyography, etc.)

The use of Myofascial Release allows me to look at each patient as a unique individual. My one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which I use Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy. I promote independence through education in proper body mechanics and movement, self treatment instruction, enhancement of strength, improved flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.

Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, or creams. This enables me to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

The pelvic floor and womb space are the most sacred place in a women’s body. Our creativity and vitality live and flow from this space.

There can be many reasons for  pelvic floor dysfunction -childbirth, pregnancy, miscarriage, painful periods, surgery,  physical or emotional trauma.

This therapy is for all stages of a woman’s life, there is no time limit on your ability to heal.

The holistic approach I provide not only supports the structural healing of the physical body, but more importantly supports the healing of the spiritual and emotional aspects that often get missed in traditional therapies and treatments.

I believe the womb is a place for joy not a place for pain, I have traveled this journey myself and now it’s my privilege to support you on your healing journey.
